Red Zone

There are places inside us where we got into some kind of trouble and then banned ourselves. An internal red zone that we shut down, contracted, went around, over-compensated for, or otherwise avoided. That territory is waiting to be re-inhabited. And our strategies of avoidance are waiting for recognition as a skill set, polished under pressure.
